Job Description: We are looking for an energetic and passionate Barista to prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Duties & Responsibilities Preparing hot and cold beverages and food products as per the defined SOP Following the defined steps of guest service Create basic coffee art to delight customers Maintaining the cleaning & hygiene aspects Having knowledge about coffee beans and coffee machine Having knowledge about the food safety rules and demonstrating them while working Deliver excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements Candidate should ideally have 2- 3 years of experience in the similar profile Graduate in any stream. Hotel Management qualification/ course will be an added advantage. Good verbal communication skills Ability to work well under pressure Ability to multitask Experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
