Job Description

The Resort Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a resort, ensuring that guests receive top-notch service and enjoy their stay. This role demands a blend of administrative acumen, people management skills, and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the resort.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest experience and satisfaction.
  • Manage and motivate resort staff, ensuring high levels of customer service.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Communicate professionally with guests and owners.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Oversee property maintenance and ensure all facilities are in excellent condition.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in resort management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
