Job Description (Short):
We are looking for an experienced Resort Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, guest services, housekeeping, F&B coordination, staff management, and vendor handling. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth operations, high guest satisfaction, and efficient team performance. Responsibilities include managing bookings, supervising resort staff, maintaining property standards, handling customer queries, ensuring safety & compliance, and supporting events/functions hosted at the resort.
Experience: 3+ years in resort/hotel management.
