Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to drive business performance and operational efficiency at one of Sterling Holiday Resorts Ltd's premium resorts in Kodaikanal. Your role will involve developing and executing business plans aligned with Sterlings mission, vision, and brand values. You will oversee all aspects of resort operations, including rooms, F&B, guest services, and administration.
