Resort Manager

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily resort operations to ensure smooth functioning across all departments.
• Maintain the highest standards of guest service, cleanliness, and resort ambiance.
• Drive revenue performance while controlling costs to ensure profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with the Area Director and corporate team on strategy and implementation.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements for continuous enhancement.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (1 - 3 years minimum) as a

  Resort Manager

  in good brands.
• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent understanding of resort operations, guest services, and financial acumen.
• Familiarity with hospitality systems and tools (e.g., PMS, POS, CRM).
