Civil Site Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 2 year work of site supervision.
• Excellent leadership quality to manage and supervise sites and projects.
• Strong knowledge or direct work experience of civil design is an asset.
• Dedicated team player and strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to deal with multiple tasks and work in time constraints
• Technical skills for interpreting construction methods and technologies, contracts and technical drawings.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery and personnel
• Overseeing individual duties and projects to crew members and contractors
• Providing adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices and safety needs
• Resolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably
• Regularly reporting project status to supervisors, site engineers and other officials
• Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
• Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
• Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
• Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.

Compensation: will vary based on experience

Work Location: Travel is required for daily site visits;

Interested parties must be locally situated in Thrissur. In proximity to Thriprayar is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
