Residential Rental Manager

As a Residential Rental Manager at Amrit Wellness Resort, Singer Island, Riviera Beach, Florida, your role will involve overseeing resort rentals, inventory, listings, and managing both short-term and long-term rentals. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing day-to-day operations of rentals, including marketing, inventory management, customer relations, maintenance, inspections, and financial management. - Creating listings, scheduling photography sessions, and staging appointments. - Acquiring new clients through effective marketing and outreach efforts. - Developing, implementing, and enforcing policies and procedures. - Ensuring all rental activities comply with laws, regulations, and standards. - Maximizing rental revenue, minimizing vacancies, and maintaining the resort's safety and attractiveness. - Providing regular financial and performance reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in a 5-star Luxury Hotel Group. - Strong understanding of the South Florida & overall US Hotel market. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. - Residential Rental Sales and Customer Service skills. - Excellent Communication skills in English and US Accent. - Experience in International Trade and International Business. - Strong negotiation and networking abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. - Passion for hospitality and commitment to exceptional customer service.
