Stakeholder Management: - Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to address concerns and ensure smooth execution. - Manage client expectations and ensure timely resolution of issues and queries. - Represent the organization in high-level meetings with stakeholders. Key Skills and Qualifications: - Construction Knowledge: Strong experience in managing high-rise building and infrastructure projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial projects. - Planning Tools: Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools. - Design Understanding: Ability to read, review, and interpret complex architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. - Regulatory Compliance: Thorough knowledge of local construction codes, bylaws, and safety regulations. - Leadership and team management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent English speaking skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with Proactive decision-making and strategic thinking. - Highly proficient in MS Office Word/Excel/Power point Education: - Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. - A Masters Degree in Construction Management or equivalent is an advantage.
