Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservations Executive located in Kozhikode. The Reservations Executive will handle daily reservation tasks, ensure customer satisfaction, manage booking inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service. Additionally, the individual will process reservations efficiently and support sales efforts as required.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in managing Reservations and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Sales skills and ability to support sales efforts
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Prior experience in the wellness or hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
