Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Reservations Specialist to join our team in Kochi. This on-site position involves managing reservations and bookings for our holiday homes and resorts, delivering exceptional guest support, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities include responding promptly to inquiry calls and emails, coordinating booking confirmations, resolving reservation-related issues, and maintaining a high standard of customer communication. The Reservations Specialist will collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for all guests.

• Handle and confirm reservations across multiple booking channels (OTA'S).
• Create, update, and maintain accurate booking details in the reservation system.
• Manage guest details, documentation, and payment collection.
• Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds as per company policies.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries regarding availability, rates, services, and policies.
• Assist guests with special requests such as early check-in, late check-out, and room preferences.
• Communicate booking details clearly with guests to ensure a hassle-free reservation experience.
• Coordinate closely with the

  Revenue, Sales, and Operations teams

  for smooth booking confirmations and check-in/check-out processes.
• Manage unpaid reservations and follow up for timely closure.
• Handle last-minute bookings and same-day check-ins efficiently.
• Maintain daily logs of reservations, cancellations, and guest queries.
• Ensure accurate data entry, record-keeping, and compliance with VOYE HOMES’ reservation, cancellation, and refund policies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in managing reservations and Online booking platforms or systems
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Problem-solving abilities and experience in handling customer concerns effectively
• Familiarity with the hospitality/tourism industry is an advantage
• Team player with the capability to work under pressure
• A bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
