Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservation Associate, located in Kozhikode. The Reservation Associate will handle guest inquiries, process reservations, and manage booking systems to ensure a seamless guest experience. Day-to-day tasks include responding to phone and email inquiries, updating reservation records, coordinating with other departments to fulfill special guest requests, and ensuring accuracy in all bookings. The Reservation Associate will also provide excellent customer service to guests before, during, and after their stay.
