Join our dynamic team at Pasban - The Gatekeeper, where we’re looking for an experienced Reservations Executive to help provide exceptional service to our guests. 🔑 Key Responsibilities: - Handle reservation inquiries and bookings via phone, email, and online channels. - Maintain accurate guest data and manage room inventory. - Provide excellent customer service, answering enquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Coordinate with guests and internal teams.
