Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Executive located in Greater Noida. The Reservations Executive will be responsible for managing reservations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with sales. Daily tasks include handling booking inquiries, maintaining reservation records, coordinating with other departments, and providing information about hotel services and facilities to guests.
