With multiple boardroom options and a fully equipped business center, the hotel is ideal for business and social events. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Executive located in Greater Noida. The Reservations Executive will be responsible for managing reservations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with sales. Daily tasks include handling booking inquiries, maintaining reservation records, coordinating with other departments, and providing information about hotel services and facilities to guests. Qualifications Excellent communication skills Strong focus on customer satisfaction and customer service Experience in managing reservations Proficiency in sales techniques Ability to work effectively in a team Good organizational and multitasking abilities Knowledge of hospitality management software is a plus Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
