Reservations Agent

As a Reservation Sales Agent for our hotel company, you will be responsible for handling incoming reservation inquiries via phone calls and providing detailed information about our hotels, amenities, and promotions. Maintaining accurate records of reservations and following up with guests to ensure a seamless experience is crucial to your role.
