Reservations Executive

Reservation Executive manages reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring accurate processing and customer satisfaction in industries like hospitality and travel. Key duties include handling bookings, modifications, and cancellations, coordinating with other departments, providing information on services and policies, and maintaining detailed records.  Key Responsibilities    Manage Inquiries:    Handle all incoming reservation requests through various channels such as phone, email, and online booking systems. Process Bookings:Accurately input and confirm bookings into the reservation system, ensuring all details are correct. Handle Modifications & Cancellations:Process changes to existing reservations and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner. Provide Customer Service:Offer exceptional service by providing detailed information on services, pricing, and company policies, and resolving customer issues promptly. Coordinate with Departments:Collaborate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, sales) to ensure availability and fulfill special customer requests. Maintain Records:Keep detailed and accurate records of reservations, customer interactions, and financial transactions. Upsell Services:Promote and upsell additional services, packages, or products to enhance the customer experience and increase revenue. Generate Reports:Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, or monthly reports on reservation data and business performance.
