Reservation Executive manages reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring accurate processing and customer satisfaction in industries like hospitality and travel. Key duties include handling bookings, modifications, and cancellations, coordinating with other departments, providing information on services and policies, and maintaining detailed records. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities Manage Inquiries: Handle all incoming reservation requests through various channels such as phone, email, and online booking systems. Process Bookings: Accurately input and confirm bookings into the reservation system, ensuring all details are correct. Handle Modifications & Cancellations: Process changes to existing reservations and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner.
