Job Description

Deputy Manager - CD - Growth North & East
Job Purpose
Drive sustainable business growth by leading dealer relationships and achieving monthly sales targets in consumer durable finance. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets for consumer durable products.

Lead a team of off-roll employees to effectively service customers and ensure customer and dealer satisfaction.

Identify and onboard new dealers to expand the company's presence in the market.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations in all dealer operations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Set performance targets and provide regular feedback to off-roll teams.

Ensure engagement of Field Officers (FOS) and maintain low attrition rates among off-roll employees.

Offer training and support to team members (off-roll) to help them manage their daily tasks effectively.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Experience in achieving sales targets for consumer durable products.

Proven ability to lead teams of off-roll employees to deliver excellent customer and dealer satisfaction.

Track record of identifying and onboarding new dealers to drive market expansion.

Strong understanding of compliance with company policies and regulations in dealer operations.

Excellent relationship-building skills with dealers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Experience in setting performance targets and providing constructive feedback to teams.

Ability to engage and retain Field Officers (FOS) and maintain low attrition rates among off-roll staff.

Experience in providing effective training and support to team members.
