SALES ASSISTANT

Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with customers Assist customers in selecting products and making purchase decisions Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking and arranging merchandise displays Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales promotions Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy Follow company policies and procedures for inventory management and loss prevention Operate POS system with knowledge of back office protocol Look for off season products to increase profitability Adhere to all safety and security protocols Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: 1-2 years Education: Associates Degree or higher Drivers License required
