Keymagics is a Revenue Management company. Operating since 2020 we are managing a portfolio of multiple Hotels, Resorts and Camps.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservation Executive, based in Jaipur. The Reservation Executive will handle day-to-day reservation tasks, including managing bookings, updating reservation systems, and coordinating with guests and other departments. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, managing phone and email inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with sales-related inquiries.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience with managing Reservations and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Basic Sales knowledge and skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in using reservation and computer systems
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
