Job Description

You will be responsible for managing the Front Desk Department and handling incoming calls and emails from guests. Your primary role will be to provide excellent customer service to our hotel's guests, ensuring that their stay is enjoyable and memorable. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with guests. In addition to managing reservations, you will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for our guests. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule will consist of day and morning shifts, and the work location will be on-site at the hotel.,
