Key Responsibilities

• Reservation Management: Handle bookings across multiple channels (phone, email, website, OTAs) with accuracy and efficiency.
• Guest Relations & Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless booking experience.
• Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date and accurate reservation records including guest profiles, booking details, rates, and payment status.
• Payment Processing: Manage secure payment transactions and ensure compliance with financial protocols.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Front Office teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Reservation Modifications: Process cancellations, amendments, and special requests in line with company policies.
• Up-selling & Cross-Selling: Promote additional services, upgrades, and packages to enhance guest experience and maximize revenue.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about current offerings, seasonal promotions, room availability, and pricing strategies.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve booking-related complaints or discrepancies with professionalism and empathy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
