We are looking for a motivated Sales & Reservation Executive to join our Corporate Office team in Siliguri. The ideal candidate will handle guest reservations, manage customer queries, and ensure a seamless booking experience across our hotel properties.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in reservations, customer service, or call center operations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and reservation software.
Flexibility to work in day and night shifts.
Must be based in Siliguri.
