Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date and accurate reservation records including guest profiles, booking details, rates, and payment status. Payment Processing: Manage secure payment transactions and ensure compliance with financial protocols. Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Front Office teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Reservation Modifications: Process cancellations, amendments, and special requests in line with company policies. Up-selling & Cross-Selling: Promote additional services, upgrades, and packages to enhance guest experience and maximize revenue. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about current offerings, seasonal promotions, room availability, and pricing strategies.
