Job Title: Research Scientist – Energy & Thermoelectric Materials

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop

  novel thermoelectric and functional energy materials

  for clean energy applications.
• Conduct

  materials synthesis

  using techniques such as

  ball milling, vacuum hot pressing, and arc melting

  .
• Perform

  structural, thermal, and electrical characterization

  (XRD, Seebeck, Hall Effect, Laser Flash Analysis).
• Optimize

  material power factor and thermal conductivity

  for higher energy conversion efficiency.
• Integrate materials with device-level prototypes for

  energy recovery and renewable energy systems

  .
• Lead

  research documentation, proposal writing, and technical reporting

  for R&D funding initiatives (DST, DRDO, ISRO, Ministry of Electronics, etc.).
• Analyze experimental data using

  Origin, FullProf, VESTA, and X-Pert High Score Plus

  for material performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to translate research insights into deployable technologies.

Required Qualifications:

Ph.D. in Materials Engineering / Energy Materials / Solid-State Physics

M.Tech / B.Tech

multiple SCI-indexed publications

experimental materials research, thermoelectric testing, and device fabrication

Preferred Qualifications:

·      Thermoelectric material synthesis and property optimization.

·      Semiconductor transport and characterization techniques.
