Research Assistants will be expected to conduct research to identify contacts and set up interviews with select industry sources, prepare detailed notes or call reports, and support other members of the team in their projects.
This position is currently home-office/remote-based but will eventually be based in Klines India office in either Hyderabad or Gurgaon. Preferred candidates for this position will possess experience in making cold calls and setting up interviews. The selected candidates will be required to work across various time zones.
Job Requirements:
Experience in market research and/or sales and customer serviceStrong telephone communication skills (written and verbal English proficiency)Flexibility to work in different time shiftsTeam workerAny Bachelors degreeProficiency in any Southeast Asian languagesuch as Thai, Indonesian, Malaysian, and Vietnameseis a plus but not a key requirement
