You will be joining ALLEN Digital as a Research Faculty member, contributing to the mission of utilizing technology in education. ALLEN Digital collaborates with Bodhi Tree Systems to bring a tech-first approach to education, addressing the challenges of holistic learning and personalized education. By leveraging AI, the aim is to offer students a comprehensive learning experience tailored to individual needs, beyond traditional classroom settings. - Design and lead engaging educational content strategies based on research. - Apply pedagogical principles and storytelling to enhance learning outcomes. - Incorporate real-world examples into the learning process. - Collaborate with various experts to shape multimedia content. - Stay updated on edtech trends, simulations, and learner engagement techniques. - Ensure alignment with relevant curricula and optimize content through testing and feedback. - 3-9 years of experience in teaching, curriculum design, instructional design, or education research. - Subject expertise in Science, Math, English, or Social Science. - Deep understanding of learner psychology, retention techniques, and technology-enhanced pedagogy. - Familiarity with storytelling, interactive content, and digital educational tools. - Strong analytical and collaborative skills focusing on academic rigor and learner engagement. - Solid grasp of AI tools and platforms for enhancing productivity and creativity.,
