The ideal candidate will have 3-9 years of experience in teaching, curriculum design, instructional design, or education research, with subject expertise in Science, Math, English, or Social Science. A deep understanding of learner psychology, retention techniques, and technology-enhanced pedagogy is essential, along with familiarity with storytelling, interactive content, and digital educational tools. Strong analytical and collaborative skills are required, focusing on academic rigor and learner engagement.
