Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Research Assistant located in Kishangarh. The Research Assistant will conduct detailed research, perform data analysis, and assist in designing experiments and projects related to marble art and materials. Day-to-day tasks will include collecting, organizing, and evaluating data, maintaining accurate records, and working collaboratively with the team to enhance product quality and design. The role requires a proactive and analytical mindset with effective communication to facilitate team interactions and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and data analysis skills for interpreting research findings and generating actionable insights
• Proficiency in Research and Laboratory Skills to support various studies and material evaluations
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and present findings clearly
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining thorough and accurate documentation
• Ability to work on-site in Kishangarh and adapt to dynamic project requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in a related field such as Material Science, Arts, Design, or a scientific discipline
• Familiarity with stone and marble products, or a background in artisan craftsmanship, is an advantage
