Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Research and Development Specialist located in Gurugram. The Research and Development Specialist will be responsible for conducting and managing R&D projects, performing laboratory experiments, analyzing data, compiling research reports, and contributing to product development. The individual will also be involved in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining detailed, accurate records of all research activities.

Must have extensive knowledge of various surfactants .

Qualifications

• Strong Research and Development (R&D) and Research skills
• Proficiency in Laboratory Skills and Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Experience in the detergent or chemical manufacturing industry is a plus
