The ideal candidate will conceptualize new product ideas based on consumer insights, market trends, and our brand vision, while ensuring seamless collaboration across teams to bring these products to market. Key Responsibilities: 

- Conceptualize new product ideas by leveraging consumer insights, market trends, and the brand’s holistic vision. 

- Collaborate with R&D and vendors to develop effective formulations using actives, naturals, and trending ingredients (e.g., K-beauty innovations). 

- Identify and finalize packaging that is functional, aesthetic, and cost-efficient. 

- Manage product trials and testing, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. 

- Work cross-functionally with marketing, regulatory, packaging, and supply chain teams for smooth execution. 

- Track global beauty trends, ingredients, and textures to stay ahead in innovation. 

- Ensure all regulatory and brand compliance with every product before launch. 

Qualifications: 

- 2-8 years of experience in product development, preferably in the skincare, beauty, or FMCG industry. 

- Strong understanding of formulation development using natural and trending ingredients. 

- Proven experience in managing R&D, vendor collaborations, and cross-functional teams. 

- Knowledge of packaging design and regulatory compliance in the beauty industry. 

- Ability to analyze market trends and translate them into innovative product concepts. 

- Excellent project management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and quality benchmarks. 

- Proficiency in tools for product development and trend analysis.
