Key Responsibilities

• Lead research and development of

  water-based acrylic emulsions

  for diverse applications.
• Design and optimize

  polymerization processes

  for new product formulations.
• Spearhead

  synthesis and scale-up

  of polymers for paints, adhesives, and construction chemicals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transition lab-scale innovations to commercial production.
• Conduct performance testing, benchmarking, and continuous improvement of product lines.
• Maintain documentation, IP records, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Competencies

• Deep expertise in

  water-based acrylic emulsion chemistry

• Strong command over

  polymer synthesis

  , emulsion polymerization, and formulation science.
• Proven experience in

  scale-up

  from lab to pilot and commercial scale.
• Familiarity with
