Job Description

🚨 We’re Hiring: R&D Head / Manager – Excipient Pharma Manufacturing 🚨

📍 Location: Nagpur

💰 CTC: As per company norms

🎓 Qualification: M.Sc. / B.Tech / B.Pharm / M.Pharm (Chemistry stream)

🧑‍💼 Experience: Minimum 10 years

We are looking for a dynamic R&D leader

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Lead development of excipients like MCC, Magnesium Stearate, Sulphates, Carbonates, Magnesium Hydroxide, etc.
Drive new product development, innovation, and cost-effective solutions.
Oversee R&D projects, technology transfer, and scale-up.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support customer evaluations.
Ensure documentation, compliance, and regulatory adherence.
Manage, mentor, and guide the R&D team.
Present updates and strategies to senior management.
