pharma and confectionery machinery & manufacturing

R&D Officer / R&D Executive (Topical formulation experience must required)

Key Responsibilities:

Formulation development of semi-solid dosage forms (creams, gels, ointments) using QbD
Literature & patent review, pre-formulation studies, and lab-scale trials
Documentation: PDR, MFC, stability/in-use protocols, product specs
Process optimization, scale-up, and tech transfer
IVRT data analysis & coordination for BE studies
Lab equipment handling, maintenance & SOP preparation
