E Sandhai Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Research and Development Assistant to work on the value addition of vegetables. The ideal candidate should have practical experience and a basic understanding of the supply chain of vegetables and process methods to increase the shelf life.

Position Overview

• We are looking for a

  dynamic and ambitious R&D Assistant

  who will be working with our CEO. This is not a routine desk job; this is a role for someone who wants to learn, explore, build, and grow.
• The R&D Assistant will act as an

  EA & PA to the CEO,

  specifically for all R&D-related activities. You will travel with the CEO, take ownership of assigned tasks, explore new product ideas, research technologies, and work hands-on in field and production environments.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Assistance & Coordination (R&D Focus)

• Travel along with the CEO for official visits, vendor meetings, product trials, market studies, and research interactions.
• Execute all R&D-related tasks assigned by the CEO with accountability and urgency.
• Maintain documentation, reports, samples, and research records.
• Coordinate with production, quality, purchase, and operations teams for product trials and implementations.
• Assist in planning and executing long-term R&D projects, new product initiatives, and process improvements.

Food Technology R&D Responsibilities

• Conduct testing, sampling, and analysis of food products.
• Support formulation development, process standardization, shelf-life studies, and quality benchmarking.
• Research new raw materials, processing methods, equipment, and innovations suitable for Esandhais portfolio.
• Participate in pilot trials, sensory evaluations, and technical validations.
• Ensure adherence to FSSAI standards and food safety norms in all R&D activities.
• Monitor competitor products and generate insights for continuous improvement.
• Document SOPs, process notes, and R&D learnings in a structured format.

Eligibility Criteria

• Male candidate only

• Degree in Food Technology is mandatory

• Should possess a

  valid 4-wheeler driving license

  and be confident in driving
• Must have an

  entrepreneurial mindset

  proactive, curious, solution-driven
• Strong willingness to travel extensively and work closely with top management
• Good communication and reporting skills
