Research Analyst Trader

Job Title: Trading Analyst / Research & Trading Associate Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled analyst to perform thorough market research, build financial models, make trade-recommendations, and collaborate with trading/portfolio teams. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive analysis of financial markets, macroeconomic data, and company fundamentals to identify trading/investment opportunities. Build and maintain financial or quantitative models (valuation, scenario analysis, risk assessment). Prepare and present investment/trade reports, recommendations (buy/sell/hold), and risk assessments to senior management or portfolio managers. Work collaboratively with traders/portfolio team for execution, monitor portfolio performance and suggest adjustments. Keep updated with market news, regulation changes, economic trends, and integrate into strategy or risk framework. Qualifications / Skills: Bachelor’s (or master’s) in Finance / Economics / Mathematics / Statistics or related field 2–3 years (or relevant) experience in trading, investment analysis or similar role Strong quantitative and financial-modelling skills (Excel or other tools) Deep understanding of financial markets, instruments (stocks, derivatives, commodities, etc.), and risk factors Good communication and presentation abilities; able to translate data into actionable insights & recommendations
