Research Analyst

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape. Collect data through surveys, interviews, online research, and secondary data sources. Analyze data using statistical tools and prepare insightful reports. Develop dashboards, charts, and presentations to present findings clearly. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Provide actionable recommendations to support marketing, sales, and product teams. Work with internal teams to define research objectives and deliver accurate insights. Ensure high-quality data validation and accuracy throughout the research process. Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Business, Statistics, Economics, or related field. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools (SPSS, R, Python—added advantage). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interpret complex data and present it in simple, meaningful formats. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Familiarity with survey tools (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, etc.) is a plus. Preferred Skills:Experience in market research, analytics, or data interpretation role. Knowledge of consumer insights, sampling, and industry-specific research methodologies. Understanding of dashboards tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
