About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and analyze cement sector companies, industry trends, demand–supply dynamics, pricing, and capacity expansions.
• Conduct research on infrastructure and real estate sectors, including regulatory updates, market performance, and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models for coverage companies.
• Assist in preparing research reports, sector updates, and thematic studies.
• Support client interactions with data-driven insights and presentations.
• Monitor global and domestic macroeconomic developments impacting the sector.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in equity research / industry research (preferably in cement sector).
• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and sector dynamics.
• Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Education:

• MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA (preferred) or equivalent qualification.
