Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research across industries, markets, or customer segments
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify patterns, trends, and key insights
• Prepare comprehensive reports, briefs, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Support strategic planning, product development, or market expansion initiatives with research-driven input
• Monitor industry news, economic developments, and competitor activity
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all research deliverables
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, strategy, operations)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Political Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in a research, analysis, or consulting role (fresh grads with strong skills may be considered)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and extract actionable insights
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of data tools like Tableau, SPSS, or Python is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Must be legally authorized to work in Singapore (Singaporean / PR / valid work visa)
