Research Analyst (1–2 Years’ Experience) ---Durgapur, West Bengal

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct rigorous primary and secondary research, transforming diverse datasets into meaningful insights that align with client objectives.

• Analyse and interpret both quantitative and qualitative information to develop well-grounded strategic recommendations.

• Prepare clear, structured, and comprehensive reports, presentations, and client deliverables.

• Uphold the highest standards of analytical integrity, accuracy, and ethical conduct.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support knowledge development and solution design.

• Contribute to the development of Feasibility Studies, Business Plans, Strategic Advisory papers, Financial Models, and Policy & Regulatory assessments across multiple sectors.

Candidate Requirements

2–3 years

• Exceptional communication skills with strong command of written English.

• A proactive mindset with a keen appetite for continuous learning.

MBA Finance / MS Finance / CA / ICWA

• Solid understanding of finance, strategy, economics, and statistical concepts.

MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
