Research Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Research Analyst to support the improvement, redesign, and re-creation of our internal product.
This role is strictly focused on product research, user behavior analysis, and feature improvement and does not involve marketing or sales activities.

The role requires close collaboration with management, product, and technology teams to support data-driven product decisions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Review and understand the existing product features and workflows
• Analyze user behavior, usage patterns, and feedback to identify insights
• Identify product gaps, usability issues, and improvement opportunities
• Assist in evaluating features that require enhancement, redesign, or removal
• Support management in validating product ideas before development begins
• Prepare clear and structured research reports for leadership
• Coordinate with product and development teams to ensure clarity of requirements
• Track product updates and help evaluate the impact of changes

Required Skills & Competencies

• Basic understanding of software or digital products
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
• User-centric mindset with the ability to think from a user’s perspective
• Ability to write clear, concise, and simple product documentation
• Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a product-focused environment

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Candidates with an educational background in Business, Management, IT, Engineering, or Data are preferred
• Maximum 1 year of relevant experience (including internships or trainee roles)
• Curious, detail-oriented, and interested in building and improving internal products
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and open to continuous feedback

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
