Responsibilities Assist in ensuring project compliance with RERA regulations and guidelines Prepare and submit project registration documents and updates Monitor ongoing projects for continuous regulatory compliance Communicate with regulatory authorities for approvals and submissions Coordinate with internal teams to meet compliance requirements Schedule and organize meetings, inspections, and site visits Prepare compliance reports, presentations, and related materials Conduct research on RERA updates and best practices Analyze compliance data and prepare management reports Address RERA-related queries from developers, agents, and stakeholders Support stakeholders with RERA documentation and process guidance Attend training sessions and workshops to stay current with regulations Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally) Strong knowledge of bookkeeping Excellent organizational and math skills Strong analytical and time management skills High attention to detail and documentation accuracy Ability to work independently and within a team Familiarity with RERA regulations and real estate compliance processes Experience coordinating with regulatory authorities Prior experience in real estate or compliance roles Skills in report writing and presentation preparation Qualifications Degree in Accounting Degree in Finance
