This role requires a strong combination of creative thinking, data-driven decision-making, and technical expertise. You will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence, driving lead generation, and leveraging modern tools—including AI platforms—to boost marketing performance. Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Creation Develop and manage engaging short-form content, including reels and video content, tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Collaborate on content calendars that align with brand voice and market trends Digital Strategy & Trend Analysis Monitor and respond to platform algorithm changes and audience behavior shifts Use performance data and insights to drive strategic decisions and optimize campaigns SEO Management Lead on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search performance Track keyword rankings and implement actions to enhance visibility and traffic Paid Advertising Campaigns Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram Continuously A/B test and adjust targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies for better ROI Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with internal teams including designers, developers, and content creators Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and campaigns Performance Analytics Track and report on KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and others Present actionable insights and campaign performance reports to stakeholders AI Integration Utilize AI-powered tools for content generation, audience targeting, and workflow automation Stay updated with emerging AI platforms and experiment to improve efficiency and results Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred) Minimum 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing strategy and execution Strong expertise in SEO , Google Ads , Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) , and content marketing Proficiency in using analytics platforms and ad management tools Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools for automation and personalization Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills Preferred Skills Experience with advertising on LinkedIn, TikTok, or Twitter/X Knowledge of influencer or affiliate marketing tactics Basic skills in graphic or video editing (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) Why Join Cogniter Technologies?
