Ensure proper handover of requirements and commitments to delivery teams post-sales. Stay updated with Odoo/ERP product capabilities, new features, and industry trends. Support account management teams with pre-sales consultancy for new and existing clients. Job Specification (JS) Pre-Sales Business Analyst (Odoo/ERP) Education & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). Odoo functional certification (preferred but not mandatory). Experience Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in ERP domain. Proven experience in pre-sales activities : proposal writing, RFI/RFQ analysis, demos, workshops, POCs, and SOW preparation. Hands-on experience in Odoo ERP is strongly preferred (other ERP experience like SAP, Oracle, Infor, Dynamics, Sage, etc. can be considered). Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of ERP processes: Finance, CRM, SCM, HR, Manufacturing, etc. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Strong documentation and proposal writing skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (sales, technical, delivery). Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
