Technical Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT services or product engineering.
• Strong experience in

  product development lifecycle (PDLC/SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

• Hands-on expertise in

  Business Process Reengineering (BPR)

  including process mapping, analysis, and optimization.
• Ability to translate business needs into detailed

  functional/technical requirements

  ,

  epics,

  user stories

  , and

  acceptance criteria

  .
• Proficiency with

  Jira and/or Azure DevOps

  for backlog management, sprint planning, and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex business problems.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering, QA, and product teams.
• Strong documentation skills

  BRD, FRD, process flows, use cases, and workflow diagrams

  .
• Ability to work in

  Agile/Scrum

  environments and drive requirement clarity across teams.
• Exposure to creating

  wireframes

  or workflow diagrams using tools like Miro, Figma, or similar (good to have).
• Understanding of

  SDLC

  , product lifecycle, and customer use-case analysis.
• Well versed with digital technologies, frameworks & methodologies with exposure to pre-sales & project management.

Good to Have Technical skills

• Exposure to data engineering, cloud transformation, or custom enterprise solutions.
• Experience creating UI/UX mockups using tools like Figma, Miro, or Balsamiq.

Other Requirements Include that:

• Graduation in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
