Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / EA Analyst with 3+ years of experience who can work at both project level and enterprise level . The role combines Business Analysis (requirements, processes, MIS) with Enterprise Analysis (capability mapping, system alignment, and roadmap support) . Construction industry experience is preferred but not mandatory. Key Responsibilities Business Analyst Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, SOPs, and process flow diagrams Analyze project costing, budgeting, billing, timelines, and resource utilization Support project planning, forecasting, and performance tracking Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations Work closely with Project Managers, Operations, Finance, Sales, and IT teams Identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities EA (Enterprise Architecture) Analyst Responsibilities Analyze AS-IS and TO-BE business processes at enterprise level Support business capability mapping and value stream analysis Assist in aligning ERP, CRM, Project Management, and Finance systems Identify system overlaps, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities Support technology roadmap and digital transformation initiatives Ensure alignment between business strategy and IT architecture Assist in governance, documentation standards, and architecture best practices Required Skills Business Analysis Enterprise Analysis / Enterprise Architecture Requirement Gathering Stakeholder Management Process Mapping & Improvement MIS Reporting & Dashboards Project Costing & Budgeting ERP / CRM Systems Data Analysis MS Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint BRD, FRD, SOP Documentation Preferred Skills Construction / Real Estate / Interior industry experience ( Preferred, not mandatory ) Knowledge of BOQ, Contracts, Billing, Estimation ERP tools: SAP / Oracle / Zoho / Procore / Buildertrend (any) Power BI / Tableau exposure Familiarity with EA frameworks (TOGAF / ArchiMate added advantage) Agile / Waterfall methodology exposure Education Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Management or related field MBA or Business Analysis / Enterprise Architecture certification Added advantage Experience 3+ Years Functional Area Business Analysis Enterprise Architecture Operations / Digital Transformation Industry Construction Real Estate Interior Design Any Industry
