Role Overview

Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the

  product roadmap for mobile apps, websites, checkout, and subscription platforms

  .
• Translate business requirements into

  PRDs

  , user stories, and functional specifications.
• Optimize the sales funnel to improve conversion rates and reduce drop-offs.
• Define and manage event schema, analytics, and retention strategies.

• Integrate and manage CRM and customer support tools (e.g., TeleCRM, Freshdesk, Zoho, Salesforce)

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to manage sprints, releases, and QA.
• Drive product analytics, monitor KPIs, and conduct weekly performance reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consumer-first product decisions.

Skills & Experience

• Strong background in

  D2C products and mobile applications

• Hands-on experience with customer engagement tools (CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Experience with martech tools, CRM platforms, and payment gateways.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint planning.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
