Reporting Executive

Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Reporting Executive to ensure smooth coordination across lab documentation, patient interactions, and report-related processes. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing sensitive patient data with discretion, while also addressing queries and providing guidance on health test packages. This role requires strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Accurately manage and document patient’s clinical history while ensuring confidentiality. Coordinating with concern team to get customer consent form and ensuring clarity, completion, and secure documentation. Handle and resolve report related escalations. Assisting Walk-in customers in lab, ensuring a smooth and comforting patient experience. Recommend suitable health test packages based on patient's requirements and conditions. Comply with all healthcare regulations and maintain high standards in patient confidentiality and reporting accuracy. Qualifications: Graduation or Post-Graduation in any relevant field. 1-3 years experience in a similar roles and responsibilities. Basic technical proficiency (data entry, email skills, MS Office/Google Sheets) Exposure to digital documentation or healthcare systems preferred. Familiarity with healthcare protocols and patient-facing responsibilities is a plus.
