Required Technical and Professional Experience: Having 5+ years Exp in Azure Cloud Engineer Provide technical support for Azure services, resolving client queries related to infrastructure, networking, security, and management. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve Azure incidents within defined SLAs. Monitor Azure environments, identify potential issues, and recommend preventive solutions. Perform configuration and maintenance tasks in Azure, including virtual machine management, Application Gateway setup, storage, backup, and recovery. Assist clients in setting up Azure resources, deploying applications, and optimizing services to meet business objectives. Document support activities, including incident reports, resolution steps, and knowledge base articles. Stay updated with Azure features, enhancements, and best practices, sharing knowledge with clients and team members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Azure support processes and tools. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience: Proven experience as an Azure Support Engineer or similar role in an enterprise environment. Strong knowledge of Azure services and solutions, including virtual machines, Azure Active Directory, Networking, Storage, Security Center, and Resource Manager. Experience in troubleshooting Azure infrastructure, network connectivity, security, and management issues. Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Azure CLI, Terraform) for automation and configuration. Knowledge of cloud infrastructure technologies such as Windows and Linux OS, virtualization, containers, and networking concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical issues. Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration. Relevant certifications (Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Developer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect - Expert) preferred.
