We are hiring an experienced Site Supervisor to manage execution of Government and Private civil projects including CC Road works, Garden Development, Building Repairing & Maintenance. The candidate must be able to handle multiple sites, coordinate with teams, and ensure timely completion of work. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day execution of CC road, garden, civil repair & maintenance works. Monitor site activities, labor productivity, and work quality. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients. Maintain daily reports, measurements, attendance, and site documentation. Ensure all works are executed as per drawings, BOQ and quality standards. Ensure safety compliance and proper use of materials on site. Manage multiple sites within Western Suburbs (Andheri to Virar). Requirements 2–5 years' experience in civil site supervision. Experience with government/municipal projects (preferred). Ability to read drawings, take measurements, and manage site documentation. Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Excel tracking, Google Sheets, project monitoring apps, task management tools). Good communication & coordination skills.
